Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse a return and/or refund, especially on custom orders. Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

We may offer you a full refund if you are unsatisfied with your product. Buyer must pay for return shipping label. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will offer you a full refund. If the item appears damaged or worn, we may issue a partial refund if the item seems fixable. No refund will be issued if the item is damaged beyond repair.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do everything in our power to protect and package your item(s) for potentially rough transport, including purchasing additional shipping insurance with every package. However, if the item is damaged during transport it is up to the buyer to file a claim with the relevant carrier. If you need information or assistance from us when filing a claim, please reach out so we can give you shipping insurance information.

Exchange Policy 

We will offer exchanges. Buyer must pay for return shipping label. We will pay for shipping you the exchange after we receive the original item in unused condition.

We have the right to refuse an exchange if we receive the item in damaged condition that is beyond repair.

Cancellation Policy

We will offer you a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours of order placement. 

After the 12-hour mark, we will refund you minus a 15% restocking fee.
